Payment ScheduleA booking deposit of $825.00 is due with your registration. The registration cut off date is
October 4, 2019. Your space on the trip will not be held unless your deposit is paid. Due Nov 22, 2019 $250 payment per person Due February 14, 2019 Final Balance It is expected that you will follow the payment schedule as outlined. Continuing with the payment plan indicates intent to travel. Any special arrangements for your account will need to be made in advance of each payment date with our staff. Any accounts that are not paid in full at 30 days prior to departure will be cancelled from the trip with no refund. |
Protect Your InvestmentProtect your investment and sign up for our Trip Cancellation Fee Waiver Program for an additional $69 per person.
This program waives the cancellation penalties and non-refundable fees involved in your trip in the event that you need to cancel for documented illness, injury, or death in the immediate family. Other emergency type situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To qualify for this program, you must purchase it at the time of registration. |
