A booking deposit of $250 is due with your registration. The registration cut off date is
September 14, 2018. Your space on the trip will not be held unless your deposit is paid.

Due November 2, 2018 $325 payment per person
Due January 11, 2019 $325 payment per person
Due February 8, 2019 Final Balance
It is expected that you will follow the payment schedule as outlined. Any special arrangements for your account will need to be made in advance of each payment date with our staff. Any accounts that are not paid in full at 30 days prior to departure will be cancelled from the trip with no refund.
Your Investment is Protected
Your package includes our Trip Cancellation Fee Waiver. This program waives the cancellation penalties and non-refundable fees involved in your trip in the event that you need to cancel for documented illness, injury, or death in the immediate family. Other emergency type situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The cost of the Trip Cancellation Fee Waiver is non-refundable.
