Payment Schedule

A booking deposit of $300.00 is due with your registration. The registration cut off date is August 30, 2019. Your space on the trip will not be held unless your deposit is paid.

$300 pp deposit payment               Due August 30, 2019
$400 pp installment payment #1   Due September 27, 2019
$400 pp installment payment #2   Due October 21, 2019
Final Balance                                      Due November 22, 2019

It is expected that you will follow the payment schedule as outlined. Any special arrangements for your account will need to be made in advance of each payment date with our staff. Any accounts that are not paid in full at 30 days prior will be cancelled from the trip with no refund. ​

Protect your Investment

Tour Cancellation Fee Waiver protection will be offered to individual participants at the time that they register for the trip. Cost will vary on a sliding scale based on age. This protection will provide travelers with a full refund should a cancellation be required due to documented illness, death in the family, or emergency type situation.                                 
To qualify for this program, you must purchase it at the time of registration.
