Please upload a photo of each trip participant to your account.
Photos will be used in information that is provided to each
chaperone & the tour director on the trip.
Photos should be uploaded for both adult & student participants.
Step 1
Click on the button above to Log In to your account using the Email & Password that you set up when you created your account. (Don't click below! It's just an image of the log-in page!)
Step 2
Visit the MEMBERS tab on your Home Page.
Step 3
Visit the PERSON tab. Here you'll want to select each participant that is going on the trip and update their information. If you have already uploaded a funny (but not useful) photo, please click on CHANGE PROFILE PICTURE and upload a clear head shot of the participant. If this is the first time you are uploading a picture, click on UPLOAD PROFILE PICTURE.
