Space is limited & is on a first come, first served basis. A wait list will be started once the initial trip space has been filled.
A booking deposit of $500.00 is due with your registration. The registration cut off date is September 13, 2019. Your space on the trip will not be held unless your deposit is paid. $500.00 deposit payment Due September 13, 2019 $275.00 installment payment Due October 18, 2019 $275.00 installment payment Due November 29, 2019 $275.00 installment payment Due January 10, 2020 Final balance Due February 14, 2020 It is expected that you will follow the payment schedule as outlined. Any special arrangements for your account will need to be made in advance of each payment date with our staff. Any accounts that are not paid in full at 30 days prior will be cancelled from the trip with no refund. |
Protect your investment and sign up for our Trip Cancellation Fee Waiver Program for an additional $69.00 per person.
This program waives the cancellation penalties and non-refundable fees involved in your trip in the event that you need to cancel your participation for documented illness, injury or death in the immediate family. Other emergency type situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To qualify for this program, you must purchase it at the time of registration. |
