Payment Schedule

A booking deposit of $100 is due with your registration. The registration cut off date is September 20, 2019. Your space on the trip will not be held unless your deposit is paid.

Due September 20, 2019  $100 deposit pp
Due October 25, 2019        $325 payment pp
Due November 22, 2019    $325 payment pp
Due January 10, 2020        $325 payment pp 
Due February 14, 2020       Final Balance

It is expected that you will follow the payment schedule as outlined. Any special arrangements for your account will need to be made in advance of each payment date with our staff. Any accounts that are not paid in full at 30 days prior to departure will be cancelled from the trip with no refund. 

Protect Your Investment

Protect your investment and sign up for our Trip Cancellation Fee Waiver Program for an additional $59 per person.

​This program waives the cancellation penalties and non-refundable fees involved in your trip in the event that you need to cancel for documented illness, injury, or death in the immediate family. Other emergency type situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To qualify for this program, you must purchase it at the time of registration.
