A booking deposit of $250 is due with your registration. The registration cut off date is
September 22, 2017.. You will not be able to complete the registration process without making a deposit payment.
Due at registration $250 booking deposit
Due November 17, 2017 $325 payment per person
Due January 4, 2018 $325 payment per person
Due February 9, 2018 Final Balance
It is expected that you will follow the payment schedule as outlined. Any special arrangements for your account will need to be made in advance of each payment date with our staff. Any accounts that are not paid in full at 30 days prior to departure will be cancelled from the trip with no refund.
Protect Your Investment
Protect your investment and sign up for our Trip Cancellation Fee Waiver Program for an additional $59 per person.
This program waives the cancellation penalties and non-refundable fees involved in your trip in the event that you need to cancel for documented illness, injury, or death in the immediate family. Other emergency type situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To qualify for this program, you must purchase it at the time of registration.
If you plan to use fundraising funds to make your installment payment we must receive payments 2 weeks prior to a due date so that we can apply funds to your account in a timely manner.
