Process a Credit Card Payment

We are happy to accept credit card payments via PayPal with the payment of a non-refundable 4% processing fee. Registration forms should be mailed via regular mail to our office or faxed to (270) 842-1158.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your payment has been received and processed.

Process an eCheck payment

You can securely process an eCheck payment through Intuit Payment Solutions. Just click on the link provided, set up your account and process your desired payment amount. There are no additional fees for eCheck payments. Registration forms should be mailed regular mail to our office or faxed to (270) 842-1158.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your payment has been received and processed.

IPN will provide us with the payee name and e-mail address with your payment. Our team will send confirmation of your payment once it is posted.
