Elaine has worked in the tourism industry half her life.  She graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Tourism, Restaurant Management. After working in Colorado as an events planner at a Mountain Resort, she has now returned to her roots in Kentucky. Elaine loves planning, booking and directing our clients through travels of a lifetime. She is always ready to go, go, go and wants to make sure that everyone has a great time!

Erin unexpectedly wandered into the travel industry a few years ago when she went to work for Entourage Management and has been in love with it ever since!  She enjoys planning trips, going to exciting new places, and meeting all of the wonderful people she travels with.  

Having 8 siblings, Erin was the perfect choice to develop our Motorcoach Olympics Program. She has created a variety of fun games to keep everyone entertained on the road. 

Erin is incredibly customer service minded and will help you with any needs that you have throughout your planning and travel experiences.

Pete Pappas brings a world of musical experience to the Entourage Team. He was Director of Band at Kelvin Grove Middle School in Lockport and Glenbrook South High School in Glenview, Illinois until his retirement in 1994. Since his retirement, Pete has served as a guest lecturer, adjudicator, and conductor at universities across the country and works with traveling students groups. His experience and in depth knowledge of the needs of a traveling band help us assist our clients in the most effective fashion. He is an invaluable resource for selecting clinic venues, working out unique performance sites, and finding the perfect educational opportunity for performing students. His laid back manner and accommodating attitude will make anyone that works with him feel comfortable and at ease.
